1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an m888 account, clicking "I Accept", or by simply using any feature of the platform — including browsing odds, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also agree to the m888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you are accessing m888 on behalf of a third party or allowing someone else to use your account, you are personally responsible for ensuring that person also complies with these terms. Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on m888, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. m888 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be accessing m888 as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements — you are not subject to any legal order that restricts your ability to contract.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from m888 voluntarily or by platform decision.
• You must not be using m888 in a professional capacity to exploit pricing errors, software vulnerabilities, or systematic arbitrage in a way that undermines the platform's integrity.

m888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account's lifetime. If a member is found to be ineligible, m888 may void all bets placed during the ineligible period and return the original deposited amounts at its discretion, minus any bonus funds received.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one m888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared addresses, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. m888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• Your registered mobile number must be active and under your own name — it is used for OTP verification on all withdrawals.
• You must notify m888 promptly if your contact details change, or if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• m888 may at any time request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC copy) to confirm account ownership. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account registration and use are personal to you — you may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your m888 account to any other person.

4Deposits

m888 accepts deposits in PKR only via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. • The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 500.
• The minimum deposit for bank IBFT and card payments is Rs 1,000.
• m888 charges zero platform fees on any deposit. Your deposited amount is the amount credited in full.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in a refund and account review.
• m888 reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit as part of standard verification procedures.
• Deposits are non-refundable once they have been used to place bets or have been credited with a bonus that has begun the wagering process.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from m888 are processed to payment methods registered in your own name only. m888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect members against fraud and unauthorised account access.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits vary by payment method. See the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current figures.
• All withdrawal requests require OTP verification via your registered mobile number before they are processed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of request confirmation during normal operating hours.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 1–2 hours, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.
• m888 may conduct a security review on any withdrawal before processing it. This is standard procedure and is designed to protect your account. Reviews are typically completed within a few minutes but may take longer in exceptional cases.
• If your account has an active bonus balance with pending wagering requirements, only the real-money portion of your balance that exceeds the bonus-lock amount is available for immediate withdrawal.
• m888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds.

6Bonuses and Promotions

m888 offers various bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is active.

• A member may only claim the welcome deposit bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not re-trigger the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with certain game types as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing strategically opposing bets across accounts to fulfil wagering requirements at no risk — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may trigger account review.
• m888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been activated by a member will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of activation.
• Wagering requirements on the welcome bonus apply to the bonus amount only — your deposited funds remain available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal process.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on m888 — whether on live cricket matches, virtual sports, or any other market — are subject to the specific rules for that event type, as well as the general betting rules set out here.

• Bets are only valid once they have been accepted and confirmed by the m888 system. A bet slip that has been submitted but not yet confirmed should not be considered accepted.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, provided the bet is confirmed before any odds change. If odds change between submission and confirmation, the system will present the updated odds for your review before final confirmation.
• m888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.
• For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable, or the market-specific rules published for that event.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended. Bets submitted in the moment a market is suspended may be rejected.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per market may vary. Very large stakes may be subject to manual review before confirmation.
• m888 does not accept bets from players who have insider information about the event being bet on. Any bet found to be placed with the benefit of non-public information will be voided.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on m888. Discovery of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate action, including but not limited to account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one m888 account per person, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways that are not consistent with genuine recreational play, including placing opposing bets across accounts.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events where you have any knowledge of or involvement in the manipulation of the outcome.
• Fraudulent payments: Using payment methods that do not belong to you, using stolen card details, or initiating chargebacks after withdrawals have been made.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Harassment: Abusing or threatening m888 support staff or other members in any communication channel.

9Account Suspension and Closure

m888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.

• On suspension, all pending bets may be voided and all bonus balances will be forfeited. The real-money balance remaining after this process will be returned to the member via their last used payment method, subject to any outstanding security review.
• If your account is closed following a confirmed breach of these terms, m888 is not obligated to return any funds that were obtained through the prohibited conduct.
• Members may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting m888 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed.
• Following voluntary closure, you may reopen your account unless you have requested self-exclusion or have been permanently excluded due to a terms breach.

10Privacy and Data

m888 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. Key points relevant to members in Pakistan:

• Your name, mobile number, and payment account details are collected for account creation, identity verification, and payment processing purposes.
• Transaction history and betting activity are stored and may be reviewed for security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside m888's control (including internet outages, payment network failures, or force majeure events).
• Losses arising from any delay in the updating of odds or market information during live events.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, leading to unauthorised access by a third party.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

m888's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

m888 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the m888 platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 9. Pending bets placed before a terms change takes effect are governed by the terms that were in place at the time the bets were placed.
